Excellent delivery of apparently 1st RX 450HL from JM Lexus UltraPlus service was great. Ordered RX 450HL not yet shipped from factory. No pressure, great explanation of new features with chance to try them and hook up of phone and contact download. Jonathan Dedrick was very personable and very helpful. Had my prior Lexus serviced for years at JM and expect to be there for years to come. Sold my old Lexus to a friend who already expected to continue servicing the car there. Great service finding us the right car We originally were looking for a 2018 Lexus RX 350 in red. There were none available in the new car inventory when we called Dario. Later, we received a call that there was a 2017 with our specifications on the lot. It was a Certified used car which came with additional warranty years. We went to the dealership the next morning and drove away with our "new" car. Dario went the extra mile for us and he will be our Sales Manager from now on. More
