The deal took 4 weeks from start to delivery. upon arrival Eric guided us through all the features , and answered our questions, and moved gate house, sunpass stickers, license plate to new car. this is probably my 5th or 6th car from JM and despite my concern about the new no negotiation concept i overcame my concern.. Back in the early 70s we lived near Jim Moran Pontiac on 441 in Hollywood.. no one could have imagined the auto empire he would build.. wood. More

Easy experience This dealer is a Lexus Plus dealership now. Basically what that means is the buying process is as fast a car dealership can be. They automatically ju This dealer is a Lexus Plus dealership now. Basically what that means is the buying process is as fast a car dealership can be. They automatically just reduce the price from the sticker price based upon what they claim are the current local market conditions and all rebates and incentives available Because of this, there is no negotiation. Again there is no negotiation that takes place at all. Some people might not like the no negotiation aspect. It is a different. However the reduction from the sticker price was substantial on a percentage basis so I felt like I just saved a lot of time and energy to not have to do the back and forth struggle to get to that type of reduction from sticker price . Also you don't walk away wondering if you could of got it a tiny bit lower. The real advantage to the Lexus Plus dealership is that they don't tack on a bunch of dealer fee's. The price is transparent it is what you are quoted. You don't go in some back room and all of a sudden now its $1000 or more than you negotiated up front. no clear coat protectant fee, dealer prep fee, etc... The credit approval process was fast as well and my salesperson did a great job of making sure I was approved for the best possible interest rate and lowest payment available. Again this was very different than I am used to and I'm very happy with the end result and process that took place now that I went through with it. More
