Gary then sat down and explained how each of the controls work inside and outside the vehicle, which was extremely helpful because there are so many ways to customize the car. He then took me on a test drive and let me ask as many questions as I needed. He explained the new Lexus Plus single point of contact process to me, which sounds great. Gary was super knowledgeable and knew everything there is to know about these cars; his experience with JM Lexus clearly shows! I liked how it was a very personalized customer experience and he came up with the numbers for the car much quicker than the other dealerships I have visited. The Lexus Plus process seems to be simple, easy-to-understand, and more personable than the old system. Gary is EXCELLENT and I cannot wait to come back this weekend to wrap up the deal! More
