I spent 9 years with jm lexus doing services with my 3 lexus. This time was super disappointing. Took my car for battery replacement after AAA jump started the car in November last year, jm lexus service lexus. This time was super disappointing. Took my car for battery replacement after AAA jump started the car in November last year, jm lexus service told me battery was good just need a full recharge. After 6 hours recharge, took back home, for next 3 months, car needed 2 more jump starts battery dies, but i was traveling and didnt have time to go back to jm lexus. March 10th car died again, i had to wait 6 days to take it back to dealer because i was traveling. They didnt admit they purposely denied my request last time because battery was still under full warranty, they grudging told me they would replace this battery. So today received a bill and 3 text messages asking for $180 for the battery. The new battery replacement is $220. So jm lexus are telling me they are splitting the bill with me as a favor to me. So how is $180 vs $220 is splitting the bill? And i took the battery out and installed it by myself. I am not dumb, but paying extra to get honest service is why i go to jm lexus, i am not sure this is honest service. More
