NOT LIKE ANY OTHER CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I have purchased/leased EVERY CAR I'VE DRIVEN FROM since the early 90s from JM LEXUS.. I even got a Pre-Owned Mercedes from JM....(BIG MISTAKE--It onl I have purchased/leased EVERY CAR I'VE DRIVEN FROM since the early 90s from JM LEXUS.. I even got a Pre-Owned Mercedes from JM....(BIG MISTAKE--It only made me appreciate the Lexus brand that much more). I have to say that not only is LEXUS the best vehicle on the luxury market but JM Lexus is the only place I would shop for a car. Most recently,I decided to look at pre-owned Lexus for the first time. I met Gary Catronio.at the pre-owned store. Not only did he review options for a Pre-Owned Vehicle, but he also advised me as to ALL options, both new and pre-owned that would provide the best opportunity for me. His intention was not to just sell me a car but attempt to build a long-term relationship with a potential customer. I've never been told to wait a few months before moving forward with an automotive purchase. Right there he had my trust! He kept in touch with me over the next few months and I ended up leasing another vehicle this past Sept. Salespeople like Gary truly stand out when it comes to building long-term, trusting relationship. I also don't want to forget to acknowledge Carlos Nunez. He's been my service advisor since Day 1. He has been one of the reasons I've stayed with Lexus for so many years. I would recommend JM Lexus to anyone looking for a different car-buying experience.. More

Ask for Dario! We are return customers to JM Lexus, having purchased three vehicles from them in the past fifteen years. This last time, we visited another nearby h We are return customers to JM Lexus, having purchased three vehicles from them in the past fifteen years. This last time, we visited another nearby high-end dealership beforehand to see what they might offer and quickly realized it to be a mistake--the staff at the other dealership, whom I shall not name here, were both flippant and rude. Moreover, they seemed to know little about their own vehicles. After we left the other dealership in a foul mood, our spirits were lightened by the refreshing courtesy, honesty and superior knowledge of Dario Dziamalek. We were certainly lucky to have walked into JM Lexus at the time we did because it resulted in Mr. Dziamalek helping us figure out both what we wanted and what we reasonably could afford. He suggested many alternatives to us, both in vehicles and financing options, and he was candidly honest throughout the whole process. Dario is polite and gregarious, and we could not have asked for a more perfect sales representative, regardless of the dealership. He also knows the cars very well, which is an extremely important factor in helping you make a decision. One might think that knowing your product is important to sales, and it would be an obvious quality that all car sales representatives possess, but that is certainly not true. Dario's knowledge of the Lexus brand is superior, and having him explain the features and differences among the inventory was key to helping us make an informed decision. JM Lexus has a strong reputation in South Florida for its pleasant car shopping experience, and we experienced nothing less than that. Best buying experience ever! I just purchased a new Lexus RX 350. My Sales Manager was Gary Catronio. Our initial contact was over the phone. We got to talking and I explained tha I just purchased a new Lexus RX 350. My Sales Manager was Gary Catronio. Our initial contact was over the phone. We got to talking and I explained that I had an unfortunate experience with a recent car buying attempt at another dealership. Gary explained the sales philosophy that JM Lexus has adopted and immediately put me at ease. As we spoke, I found him to be not only knowledgeable and professional but very easy to talk to. Once I explained my requirements, he made several suggestions that fit my needs. Once My wife and I got to the dealership, the excellent buying experience began. We immediately made a connection with Gary. He just came across as a very honest, friendly and decent person. His tremendous knowledge of the Lexus vehicles became immediately apparent as he expertly pointed out the equipment and options of the RX 350 we were about to test drive. Within the first couple of minutes we knew this was the vehicle for us. The color, interior, equipment and performance of the vehicle were perfect. The car buying process is often tedious and stressful but not with Gary. He addressed every one of our concerns with an outstanding demeanor and made the entire deal stress free. We found that we had several things in common with him and by the end of the day we felt like we were in the presence of an old friend instead of a car salesman. Marcley Hilderbrand offered his assistance, and he spent a few hours introducing me to car models, purchasing/financing alternatives, and all the while never imposed the usual pressure and sales tactics so tiresomely familiar to someone who has been buying cars for more than 40 years. A very knowledgeable and pleasant presentation of information, and exploration and consideration of my interests, concerns, and desires. As the buyer, I always felt I was leading the discussion and the sales process. The pricing of the cars was reasonable right from the start, and not subject to negotiation, so there were none of the usual games and manipulations of cost component to delude the buyer about the actual deal being proposed. In summary, probably the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I was able to depart the dealership with a registered new car after spending only about 3.5 hours total in the showroom. More
