I received a lot of information about other dealerships and why I should go elsewhere but my mind took me to JM Lexus and I am glad I went. I arrived around 1 P.M and I was introduce to Mr. Kahari Whittaker. Mr. Whittaker was a very helpful, knowledgeable and patient young man. I would take my hat off to this man because he has a humor about himself that kept me laughing. I look forward to doing business with JM in the future. More

My husband and I have been buying Lexus’ since 1990. I am 91 years old and my husband recently passed away. I drive an LS460. The inside of the entire car is sticky and melting: the dash, door panels and auxiliary panels. I am concerned that the very bad smell in the car is toxic to my health. No one wants to ride in this car. I have been calling for about 3 years and no one has been helping me. I have called and come into the dealership numerous times. Initially I called and gave my information over the phone. When I got no response I called the corporate office. They made me go to the dealer, which is far from my house, so they could take pictures of the problem and document it. I did all that. It is fully documented. I have heard nothing. A 91 year old loyal customer should not be treated this way. I would hope to get a response from a General Manager. My email is tapperose@gmail.com. More
