I originally went to the Pembroke pines dealership but didn't have the best experience so a friend over at Gunther and Nissan recommended me and my family to go to JM Lexus and speak with Steven Hugh I believe but he was on vacation so we were helped by Jeffrey and I'm very happy he did. Jeffrey showed me 3 different models that I was interested in and he was very knowledgable with all the models including warranty. I ended up trading in my Nissan for the Lexus RX and I am very happy with my decision thanks to Jeff. Both my sister and fiancee loved his personality and we all felt as if he had our needs and wants in his best interest and he was not pushy at all like some salesmen can be and i appreciate that and I will recommend my friends and family to head over to JM lexus and ask for Jeffrey Wright. Finally my wife and I enjoyed a delicious tuna fish sandwich at your Deli which is thoughtful of the dealership as we were so exhausted midway. I also noted that the hostess was gracious and helpful no matter how may glasses of water I asked for. More

No other dealership sales manager has ever gone through the lengths he has to assist me both during the sale as well as prior to my arrival to the dealership. At first I was hesitant due to the distance Margate is to my home, but after a far from ideal experience at a local Lexus dealership, the 40 minute drive was worth it. Dario kept in contact with me, answered all of my questions, and was more than ready to welcome me upon my arrival. I could not have asked for a better nor a more time efficient experience.
