A very knowledgeable and pleasant presentation of information, and exploration and consideration of my interests, concerns, and desires. As the buyer, I always felt I was leading the discussion and the sales process. The pricing of the cars was reasonable right from the start, and not subject to negotiation, so there were none of the usual games and manipulations of cost component to delude the buyer about the actual deal being proposed. In summary, probably the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I was able to depart the dealership with a registered new car after spending only about 3.5 hours total in the showroom. More

We got to talking and I explained that I had an unfortunate experience with a recent car buying attempt at another dealership. Gary explained the sales philosophy that JM Lexus has adopted and immediately put me at ease. As we spoke, I found him to be not only knowledgeable and professional but very easy to talk to. Once I explained my requirements, he made several suggestions that fit my needs. Once My wife and I got to the dealership, the excellent buying experience began. We immediately made a connection with Gary. He just came across as a very honest, friendly and decent person. His tremendous knowledge of the Lexus vehicles became immediately apparent as he expertly pointed out the equipment and options of the RX 350 we were about to test drive. Within the first couple of minutes we knew this was the vehicle for us. The color, interior, equipment and performance of the vehicle were perfect. The car buying process is often tedious and stressful but not with Gary. He addressed every one of our concerns with an outstanding demeanor and made the entire deal stress free. We found that we had several things in common with him and by the end of the day we felt like we were in the presence of an old friend instead of a car salesman.
