I really felt they were interested in making sure I understood all of my options and helping me exercise the very best one for my wants and needs. John Ercalano patiently "walked" me through the purchase-off-lease process. I was then introduced to Leah Oren, business manager. Leah was again just expert at helping me determine additional options. She even took the time to counsel me on a better insurance plan that ended up saving me hundreds of dollars! I would be remiss if I did not mention Candace, who checked me out. Candace, like John and Leah made me feel like family. Candace even insisted on finding a service person to reprogram my car to lock automatically to "keep me safe."
