Working with Maury is a pleasure as he is very knowledgeable about his cars, gives good advice, not high pressure, and works with you on pricing. Maury has lots of patience to show you the difference in the car models as well as color schemes on each car. He tries his best to work the numbers for the customer to make the best and fair deal for both sides and not prolong the process. Maury makes things happen and wants to move cars. In all my years of buying cars he rates as the best got deal with. The new car prep person Danny did a wonderful job setting up the car and explaining all the nuances of the new Rx. Danny also moved put things from the car being traded in to the new RX and put them in the exact same place as in the old car, just great service. For a large dealership the people at Jn make you feel comfortable and wanted as a customer, just a great facility and people. More

LEXUS LADY FOREVER THANKS SCOTT After 12 years of dealing with a nearby BMW dealership, I’d come to expect underhanded, high-pressure tactics when it comes time to transition from an After 12 years of dealing with a nearby BMW dealership, I’d come to expect underhanded, high-pressure tactics when it comes time to transition from an old lease into a new one. Leasing my last two Beemers, in fact, left me feeling battered, bruised, and desperately in need of a disinfecting shower. Promises were broken. Commitments weren’t honored. Attempts were made to suck extra money out of my wallet. I was made to feel stupid. When I went to Scott Argow at JM Lexus, I did so with the lowest expectations imaginable. When he said he'd get me into a lease, no problem, I didn’t believe him. When he quoted a monthly lease rate, I expected to be told at signing that it would be higher because of my good-but-not-perfect credit score. When he told me that the air conditioning and vented seats would cool a Lexus with black seats far faster than the air conditioning in a Beemer with beige seats, I thought, "Geez, he’ll do anything to get me in a car today." Truth be told, my experiences with BMW made me doubt everything he said. I was wrong. So very wrong. With Scott, there was a complete lack of BS. He got me into my new Lexus without a single misrepresentation, untruth, or an ounce of pressure. He gave me more than I asked for, treating me with respect, and making the experience a fun one. I’m no longer a Beemer xxxxx, because Scott turned me into a Lexus Lady. And he earned my loyalty, in the process. More

I then go back to to bed with a huge smile on my face as I recall meeting Scott Argow who introduced me to my "dream car", after stepping into your friendly and inviting showroom. Scott's knowledge of what I call "my love features" was incredible as it has been many years since upgrading my wheels.
