John researched my lease agreement and got back to me within a few hours clearly explaining all of my options including adding a Certified designation with additional maintenance and warranty, which I purchased. Leah Oren from the finance department worked diligently to find me the best purchase interest rate possible. These rates ranged fro 6.9% to 16.9% but at the last minute she arranged for 4.9% financing from Toyota, Leah clearly explained all the additional warranties we could purchase and never tried to sell us on any one. Just clear, concise, explanations of benefits for each. I have been purchasing automobiles fro 50 years now and this was, without question, the most positive experience I have ever had. More
