Utter waste of time I was in the dealership to inquire and possibly buy a vehicle. I ended up leaving with no deal. The following day I was inundated with calls and texts I was in the dealership to inquire and possibly buy a vehicle. I ended up leaving with no deal. The following day I was inundated with calls and texts asking about my experience and how it went. Outside of not getting a vehicle, it was okay. They then said they would work with me to earn my business and a sale. I laid out my terms and expectations beforehand to be sure it wasn't a waste of time. I was assured that I would be met with options and agreed to come back and attempt a deal. Upon arrival, the negotiations were nothing different from the previous day and they did not appear to want to earn my business or sell me a vehicle and maintained a firm/steadfast approach. In utter shock and disbelief, we ended up leaving without a deal and a parting greeting. This solidified my opinion on their sales approach and I will no longer consider them as an option or refer anyone to them. It was a totally disheartening experience from start to finish. More

They worked with me and stayed open extra late just to make sure I had everything I needed. They walked me through the car and made sure everything was setup and settings were personalized for me so I could drive away without having to play with all of the settings later. Great guys, very helpful! A few months after I bought the car the tint on the drivers side window started peeling off but JM fixed it for me at no charge even though it wasn't under warranty! Great dealership. Would definitely recommend. If only all dealers cared enough for the personal attention these guys give. More

Unprofessional Customer Service I called the service department at JM Lexus and asked to speak with the service department manager. I was put on to David Morgan who told me that a 9 I called the service department at JM Lexus and asked to speak with the service department manager. I was put on to David Morgan who told me that a 9am pick up appointment was available for the next day for them to pick up my boss's car for service. I told him I needed to confirm with my boss the time and I would call him back. Ten minutes later I called back and left a message for David to go ahead with the appointment. An hour later I did not hear back from David. I kept calling for the entire day. They do not have a paging system at this dealership, no one could reach him by phone, cell, pager....no way of getting a hold of him and all I wanted was to confirm an appointment. Finally, David picked up his line at 5:30, half an hour before he left and when I told him that I wanted to confirm the 9am appointment and give him credit card information to pay for the pick up service his response was "WOW" then he said that appointment was no longer available. His attitude was so extremely unprofessional and he kept saying there was nothing he could do even after I told him that I had been trying to reach him for the ENTIRE DAY!!!! My company has several Lexus that we provide to our executives. They will never take their cars here due to the lack of caring and sense of urgency with this service manager regarding his customers. Completely disappointed and would not recommend this dealership. More

He said he would get me a copy and now, he doesn't answer his phone or return emails. So I had to call the business office. The lady there was so rude, like it was my fault, not the inept finance manager that neglected to handle the paperwork. This is my 3rd lexus, 1st from them and it was so poor in comparison to others. I thought this was supposed to be the best but it seems they got too big and someone like me got lost in the shuffle. I was treated much better at the Buick Dealer. More
