Excellent Experience at JM Lexus I am from the Keys and lost my vehicle in Hurricane Irma. I shopped online and found what I was looking for at JM Lexus. Jeffrey was my contact and offered the best customer service I have received from a dealer. He was personable and friendly without being pushy. We were able to negotiate a price before I arrived at the dealership and the price was honored when I sat down for the closing. The service at the dealership was prompt, I had a appointment and was greeted by Jeffrey for a test drive as soon as we arrived. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership and especially Jeffrey Wright. I will be bringing the vehicle back to JM Lexus for service even thought there are dealerships closer to the Keys.
