A surprisingly very pleasant experience. I arrived at JM Lexus in early afternoon on 9/25/17 with an interest in leasing an ES 350. At 76 years of age I have had numerous battles at car deal I arrived at JM Lexus in early afternoon on 9/25/17 with an interest in leasing an ES 350. At 76 years of age I have had numerous battles at car dealerships and I was prepared for another. I actually enjoy the sparring process. Well, I was introduced to Gary Mueller and I was immediately disarmed by his friendly and non aggressive attitude. He was in no rush to start his pitch and we had a very pleasant conversation about non car subjects. As a matter of fact, I was the one who switched gears. Gary listened very carefully to my wishes, made a few suggestion, answered some questions, explained the different levels of options, and came up with a very nice preliminary figure. We went on a golf cart ride through the dealership's inventory to find a color I would like. We then went on a test drive and I, of course, fell in love with the car. He then put together a final proposal that I was quite pleased with and I agreed to the lease. As normal, filling our applications and various forms takes some time and I had time to explore the dealership and sample the trappings at the free cafe. Meeting Todd, the finance person, was also a very pleasant experience. The final papers were signed and the car detailed and delivered to the front door. Gary grabbed some bags and we both went out to transfer my "stuff" to the new car. All in all, this was the most pleasurable buying experience I have ever had. I plan to visit Gary when in the area, will be more than thrilled to recommend Gary and the dealership to all that I can, and I look forward to the next lease in three years. More

Dream Car My boyfriend dragged me into JM Lexus on a whim. Gary Catronio, who is a salesman here, had been highly recommended and so I decided to give it a try My boyfriend dragged me into JM Lexus on a whim. Gary Catronio, who is a salesman here, had been highly recommended and so I decided to give it a try. I was upside down in my loan on my current vehicle and it was time to figure out some options. I am a school teacher and a young woman on a tight budget. So we made an appointment with Gary and here is how it went. I walked around the parking lot a bit before entering the dealership and I saw a Lexus CT 200h with 90,000 miles that caught my eye. It was the only car I could afford in that lot and honestly I really did like it, high miles and all! Upon entering the actual lobby of the dealership we were greeted warmly at the front door and asked to wait for Gary in the lobby. There was free coffee and cookies (unlimited) while we waited as well as comfortable chairs and even a massage chair. When Gary came to greet us he was aware of who I was and what I might be interested. I told him my price range and asked his opinion on the CT had noticed in the parking lot. Gary was so knowledgeable on the car and was able to rattle off every detail I could ever want to know about the vehicle. His passion for his profession was apparent and actually made the process enjoyable. We test drove it, the car was impeccable, and I decided I wanted to go ahead and try to figure out a deal. I needed low payments and I had no money down and a current loan I was upside down in, as I mentioned previously. Needless to say Gary had his work cut out for him!! He had to try multiple times to get the bank to approve my loan but he didn't give up and worked for hours making the deal work. I never felt uncomfortable or like I was being taken advantage of, which is a huge deal at a dealership! I am a happy JM Lexus customer and honestly, I can't wait to go back to this dealership for my free car washes! I would highly recommend any friend or family member to have Gary Catronio help them find a vehicle. I NEVER thought I could own a Lexus and am truly happy with my purchase. I LOVE MY NEW CAR.
