We knew what we were looking for and were travelling a far distance to see the vehicle. He was able to give me a an assessment of the condition of the vehicle before we drove 3.5 hours to see it. He explained the condition well and it was in actually better condition than I expected. Since he knew we had traveled far to get there and we wanted to get through the process quickly, he had the vehicle ready for us to take it for a test drive as soon as we arrived. Omar was excellent. I think the non negotiable bottom price on the vehicle was fair compared to what I found doing the online shopping. The fact that there were not any other miscellaneous or dealer fees made it simple, and it was the price of the car plus tax tag and anything due to the state and that was it. I do feel that from the time we decided to purchase the vehicle to the time we actually signed the final documents that this needs some improvement, but I don't see this as in issue with our sales manager Omar, but the business office that completes all the paperwork took longer than I think it needed to be. They did come out to apologize for the delay and they had sold over 40 cars the day we were there. The dealership has all the perks with free food and drinks and things to keep you entertained while you wait. Overall I am very pleased, our sales manager was great and if they can shorten the time to get through all of the paperwork piece of it I would have ranked the experience excellent. It was still the easiest purchase of a vehicle we have made. More

The receptionist told me I would have a short wait while she looked for an available specialist. I walked around for a bit looking at the vehicles in the showroom. Then I met Paolo Scalici and what a wonderful human being he is! As a individual, he was warm and personable. As a professional, he was knowledgeable and on point with the necessary information. He took the time to ensure that I was informed and pleased enough to make the decision. His service was superb! He introduced me to Al Urena, the Finance Specialist who simply put the icing on the cake! The service at JM Lexus exceeded my expectations and I will absolutely refer Paolo and Al to others.
