Excellent Experience at JM Lexus I am from the Keys and lost my vehicle in Hurricane Irma. I shopped online and found what I was looking for at JM Lexus. Jeffrey was my contact and offered the best customer service I have received from a dealer. He was personable and friendly without being pushy. We were able to negotiate a price before I arrived at the dealership and the price was honored when I sat down for the closing. The service at the dealership was prompt, I had a appointment and was greeted by Jeffrey for a test drive as soon as we arrived. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership and especially Jeffrey Wright. I will be bringing the vehicle back to JM Lexus for service even thought there are dealerships closer to the Keys. A surprisingly very pleasant experience. I arrived at JM Lexus in early afternoon on 9/25/17 with an interest in leasing an ES 350. At 76 years of age I have had numerous battles at car deal I arrived at JM Lexus in early afternoon on 9/25/17 with an interest in leasing an ES 350. At 76 years of age I have had numerous battles at car dealerships and I was prepared for another. I actually enjoy the sparring process. Well, I was introduced to Gary Mueller and I was immediately disarmed by his friendly and non aggressive attitude. He was in no rush to start his pitch and we had a very pleasant conversation about non car subjects. As a matter of fact, I was the one who switched gears. Gary listened very carefully to my wishes, made a few suggestion, answered some questions, explained the different levels of options, and came up with a very nice preliminary figure. We went on a golf cart ride through the dealership's inventory to find a color I would like. We then went on a test drive and I, of course, fell in love with the car. He then put together a final proposal that I was quite pleased with and I agreed to the lease. As normal, filling our applications and various forms takes some time and I had time to explore the dealership and sample the trappings at the free cafe. Meeting Todd, the finance person, was also a very pleasant experience. The final papers were signed and the car detailed and delivered to the front door. Gary grabbed some bags and we both went out to transfer my "stuff" to the new car. All in all, this was the most pleasurable buying experience I have ever had. I plan to visit Gary when in the area, will be more than thrilled to recommend Gary and the dealership to all that I can, and I look forward to the next lease in three years. More
