He gave us a tour of JM Lexus and was very attentive. Didn't feel the typical pressure from a sales representative. We live an hour away from the dealer but wee had a great experience that made worth the trip. We ended up buying 2 cars., the Chevy Camaro and a Hyundai Tucson. Would definitely recommend family and friends! Brian Mintzer helped us too with the financing, very friendly and knowledgable. Overall a great experience!! More

Great Customer Service and Great Product I bought a new car at JM Lexus 2 years ago for my wife. I was searching for a used car as a replacement for my old Toyota 4Runner and I saw a 2011 A I bought a new car at JM Lexus 2 years ago for my wife. I was searching for a used car as a replacement for my old Toyota 4Runner and I saw a 2011 Acura MDX at Lexus Pre-owned store. The price was attractive enough for me to send an email to ask for more information. Dan Phillips responded the vehicle was still available and I came in to take a look. We test drove the Acura, and Dan was very professional, and courtesy in giving me a tour to show me the Lexus Service Department. Dan brought Brian Mintzer to go over the prices and we couldn't reach the deal, but the next day Dan called back and I was able to get to the price I was comfortable with. The overall experience at JM Lexus was wonderful. All of the staffs I dealt with were very professional. More

2013 LS460 Nav System I did not purchase my 2013 LS460 at JM Lexus. I got a better price at Lexus of Pembrook Pines. I do use JM for service because it's closer to my hom I did not purchase my 2013 LS460 at JM Lexus. I got a better price at Lexus of Pembrook Pines. I do use JM for service because it's closer to my home. I had some questions regarding the navigation system, so I called JM Lexus. I was connected with Alex Bondarevsky. I asked if he could help me and he suggested that I come in. I did and he spent at least an hour explaining the system in words that a 79 year old could understand. I will send a note to JM but this site appears to be a better vehicle for my praise. More
