The RX quickly became the standard against which other vehicles were compared. My son, a Florida resident, suggested that I try shopping at the world's largest dealership - and, unbeknownst to me, he started the process by contacting JM Lexus -- telling Mike Robbins that I was to be vacationing in Florida, and shopping Lexus. Mike took the initiative, contacted me, walked me through myriad in-stock vehicles, sent detailed photos of selected vehicles, detailed the remote-control purchase process, and convinced/assured me that out-of-state purchases/deliveries at JM Lexus are in the dozens each month. When I arrived in Florida, Mike had everything ready for me. The car was as represented. The closing went like clockwork, THERE WERE NO SURPRISES, and the dealership honored every promise! Since I was only in Florida for a weeklong stay, I chose to not drive the car home, therefore Mike arranged to have the car delivered to me upon my return home. I was initially hesitant to even consider such a remote-control purchase; however, Mike treated me like repeat customer, following up with answers to every question, quickly finding solutions to every potential challenge, never letting me feel nervous about any part of the process. My closing took a half-day, which included the test drive, an on-rack inspection, paperwork, an overview of the operation of the vehicle's features, and of course a tour of the dealership. Mike orchestrated my meeting with a half-dozen people during that closing day process. Dealer-installed window tint, and protective paint films were expertly installed. The tour of the dealership's service department left me totally impressed and wishing that I could have that level of excellence at my home location. In summary,I was initially hesitant to consider such an important purchase at such a distance; however, Mike never left me wanting for information, followed up with determination and assurance unmatched during any of my visits to other dealerships. He made me comfortable every step of the way. Mike followed the entire delivery process, updating me regularly; and the car was delivered in perfect condition. After five months and 11,000 miles on my new RX 450h, I am so happy that my son contacted JM Lexus - and so lucky that Mike Robbins took his call on that day. More

Unique experience! I was looking for a convertible Lexus! I found it and I bought it! I was impressed by the luxurious premises, the amount of people working, but also I was looking for a convertible Lexus! I found it and I bought it! I was impressed by the luxurious premises, the amount of people working, but also by the amount of guests as we were referred and not customers!!! Everyone was extremely polite and friendly! We started with Dan Phillips and we continued with all the numbers and the paperwork with Matt Shearman. It was a unique experience! In the past years we had been in many known dealerships but J M Lexus is UNIQUE!!!!! Next day when the car was delivered to us Darryl Lewis made sure that I was acquainted with the car! All of them they were extremely, nice, polite, friendly and professional! I definitely will spread the word around. If you need a car you go to JM Lexus! They are the BEST! We asked for Mark Farrari, but he was occupied, so we were introduced to his ass My wife and I purchased a new Lexus RX350 on Monday, March 31, 2014. We asked for Mark Farrari, but he was occupied, so we were introduced to his associate, David Falkenstrom. He asked what we were interested in seeing. He let us both drive an RX350 around the neighborhood. We then drove through all the new cars, looking for a black on black RX350. We found one in the second lot we checked. It was black with the sparkle efferct. It was beautiful. We decided on that car. David then took us to the service area and showed us around the first and second floor. Everything was clean and organized. Every employee seemed happy. They were all friendly. After returning to the show room we sat with another gentleman. We did not get his card and I do not remember his name. After that, we sat with Jeff Felder. He made sure we knew what we were signing and what coverage we could get in addition to the general warranty. He was very thorough. We then met with another gentleman. Also we did not get his name or card, but his office is in the far left corner of the area where you go out to get your car. He honeymooned in Jamaica if that helps. He helped my wife with her phone and bluetooth set up and explained many of the car's features. When we got home my wife said "Wow, that was better than a Disney Theme Park. We love the car. Every individual we dealt with throughout the entire transaction from Gary Andrews, Service Sales Manager, to John Eramo, Sales Manager, to Shawn Cohen, Delivery Specialist, truly represented the Lexus brand and clearly demonstrated their commitment to the importance building Lexus Customer Loyalty. I would highly recommend these individuals, and this dealership, when considering where to make your next automotive purchase. More
I had a very positive experience with the purchase of my CT200h that I saw on the JM Lexus website. I called Mike a few times with questions and was he was very professional. He responded to me without sales pressure and returned my call within minutes when I left him a message. When I came to see the car, I was pleased that Mike did not pressure me to look at other vehicles and concentrated on the car in which I expressed an interest. He did show me the difference in similar models, however. I was very nervous about the test drive (been driving a 2006 Honda Civic) and Mike was very patient with me. Although I did not use any of these amenities, I liked that a free car wash is always available; a Lexus vehicle is offered if a repair takes longer than two hours and there are two areas to wait for your car -- a quiet rest area and a general area with a café. Not important, but it is a nice touch to have complimentary individual coffee and cookies/snacks for customers. The financing went very smoothly and Andrew Brand did the paperwork with superior efficiency. JM also have a designated person to go over all the details of the car and he hooked up the blue tooth/phone immediately. I was very happy that I did not need do-it-yourself instructions. JM Lexus is a nice dealership and I would recommend it. In fact, I was recommended to JM by a couple who got their Lexus there. More

For two months i looked for my used RX350 and visited many dealerships, and was turned off by the lack of customer service. after visiting JM Lexus and meet Rigot Dilus i did not want to go anywhere else many dealerships, and was turned off by the lack of customer service. after visiting JM Lexus and meet Rigot Dilus i did not want to go anywhere else, the experience was second to none, Rigot Dilus and his management team provided me with a wonderful experienced .... excellent service, I am a very happy customer and have already recommended my friends and family.
