Excellent Experience I walked in to the dealer to see what I could get and walked out with a Brand New 2014 Lexus. Ray was excellent and very encouraging and helpful. Best Car Buying Experience I came into JM Lexus to purchase my first new vehicle, the 2014 Lexus IS250. I was met by Winston Walker who directed me to the right place and infor I came into JM Lexus to purchase my first new vehicle, the 2014 Lexus IS250. I was met by Winston Walker who directed me to the right place and informed me of all the features and different models available for the vehicle. We went on a great test drive and I immediately fell in love with the IS250 F-Sport. After deciding this was the vehicle for me we met with the finance team who put together an incredible deal. Thanks to Omar Cordero and Stephen Rideg I was able to get into the car I fell head over heals with the IS250 F-Sport instead of the base model and at a very fair and affordable price at that. For this I could not thank them enough. During my wait between test driving the vehicle and going into finance I enjoyed a complimentary deep tissue massage, ice cream and cookies. I felt extremely comfortable and at home. After the surprisingly fast finance process I was introduced to Mr. Shawn Cohen who helped me transfer all of my items from my old vehicle to my new and got me set on all the extra features contained in the IS250 F-Sport such as bluetooth setup and car settings. Overall everyone played a key role in making this the smoothest and actually enjoyable car buying experience. I could not thank each and everyone of them enough. Especially Winston Walker and Omar Cordero who without none of this would be possible. I have now converted from a lifetime Honda customer to a lifetime JM Lexus customer and look forward to all my future purchases with this great company. I have owned LS's since 1994; I believe I am aware of all of the positives and many of the peculiarities ( nothing is 100%) of the LS. Dan took the time to address my concerns and accurately relayed the condition of the car. We set an appointment; sure enough the car was exactly as he had indicated. Great Job Dan!! We live an hour away from the dealer but wee had a great experience that made worth the trip. We ended up buying 2 cars., the Chevy Camaro and a Hyundai Tucson.
