Dario spent a lot of time showing us the service area, going over the car features and walking us through the support services that come along with purchasing a Lexus ( S.O.S., Bluetooth hookup, GPS Apps, etc...). They made us feel like this was more about us being happy and less about them making the sale. More

Great dealership. JM Lexus is second to none as far as service. My only complaint is no matter how good my credit is and simple the transaction is, the whole process ta JM Lexus is second to none as far as service. David tried to hustle through the process but I think that given that I am a repeat buyer both with JM and Lexus Financial the process should take under an hour once the unit is selected. More
