A Model of Customer Service One normally would not expect to pile praise on the proverbial car salesman, but the experience we had with Dario Dziamalek was far from the ordin One normally would not expect to pile praise on the proverbial car salesman, but the experience we had with Dario Dziamalek was far from the ordinary. Dario, and JM Lexus, truly seem driven by a customer satisfaction approach that in our case lead us to purchase a Certified ES 350. We first met Dario two weeks ago. He is very personable and easy to deal with. He took the time necessary to fully understand what we were looking for, to show us some vehicles, and to take us for a test drive. More so, he showed us through the JM dealership and familiarized us with the service area and process. (The JM Lexus physical plant and the servicing process is quite impressive). Although we did not purchase at that first meeting, Dario agreed to let us know when vehicles of the type we were interested in became available. He not only is a friendly and competent person to deal with, but he also is patient. And, within a week, thanks to Dario and his customer service approach, we had the right vehicle. It's clear to us that customer satisfaction is in the genes of JM Lexus personnel. We met with Dario (the Product Specialist) to find the right vehicle, and then dealt with Bob Collins (Sales Manager) for the purchase and Daniel Meininger (Delivery Specialist) for our training on the car's features. All are personable to deal with and knowledgeable in their area. This breakdown of tasks works very well from our experience. We are new to South Florida and glad that we found Dario and JM Lexus.
