I approached the reception desk and wasn't even welcomed. It bothered me as new people kept walking in the salesman out of nowhere ran up to them. It really feels great that you want to purchase a car and no one helps you. Not even when I walked out did anyone ever care that I was ignored for 20 minutes. Its great to know that they lost me as a customer and will never recommend this dealership to my family and friends. More

A couple of wonderful salesmen at JM This is my 3rd Lexus--all from JM; I wouldn't consider anything else. So, on this trip for the 3rd, I encountered Mark Ferrari, Brian Mintzer and Mich This is my 3rd Lexus--all from JM; I wouldn't consider anything else. So, on this trip for the 3rd, I encountered Mark Ferrari, Brian Mintzer and Michael Cooke as delivery specialist. Michael invited me to get in touch with him about any matter, after he had shown me some of the operational features of the car. They were all 3 amazing...so professional and friendly. They showed me they appreciated my business at a time when they knew I had options. BUT, after having the car about a week, I had a few minor cosmetic concerns. I called Mark and asked if I could bring it in. There I ran into Brian too. WOW...they both took an interest in my concerns, Immediately; both came out to look at the car..not ONE, but BOTH! They didn't try to make excuses or make me think I was responsible for the issues. They were as concerned after the sale as they were BEFORE it. Brian resolved one issue immediately on the spot, and Mark took ownership of the remaining two, and within a half hour or less, they had resolved them all. It is one thing when a salesman is courteous, caring, professional, and appreciative DURING a sale, but AFTER is quite a rare thing. And MARK and BRIAN were both just that. When I buy a car, I like to walk away thinking I have made a friend(s), and that certainly happened to me on this experience. JM is truly a business that values its customers and its employees; they treat them well, and it shows. They all truly want you to be 100% satisfied, both BEFORE and AFTER you take ownership of the car. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Even other Lexus dealerships are NOT the same. I've been to several and I live within 1 mile of another. JM and its sales staff are TOPS!!!! More
