Death Trap JM Lexus is by far the worst dealership I've been to. I ordered an all wheel drive suv, paid for it to be shipped to my home in CT and was assured by JM Lexus is by far the worst dealership I've been to. I ordered an all wheel drive suv, paid for it to be shipped to my home in CT and was assured by the sales person Eric Frazier that my car was all wheel drive. This past January, I almost lost my life in a snow storm and found out that the car was front wheel drive. Not only was I lied to but my life was put in danger by JM Lexus. To add insult to injury JM LEXUS told me to purchase another vehicle and I should pay to ship the car to them! I cannot recommend this company to anyone. They lack professional etiquette, unscrupulous and shysters. I'm stuck with a vehicle that I can't drive in winter! Please think before you purchase a vehicle from JM Lexus. It could cost you your life. More
