Came in to service car across the street. Heath saw my name and had me picked up by Andrew in a car he thought I would like. Was not prepared to get into a new car at all but he made it happen. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Dan Phillips when I visited JM Lexus to inquire about a CPO IS250. Dan's initial greeting was not only professional, but he was able to connect with me on personal lev I visited JM Lexus to inquire about a CPO IS250. Dan's initial greeting was not only professional, but he was able to connect with me on personal level almost immediately. While giving me his undivided attention, he began speaking to me about the car that I was interested in. He gave me a detailed tour of the car, and surprisingly was able to keep me entertained! I was especially impressed with the intricate knowledge Dan had about the IS250. When taking the car for a test drive, Dan began the tour by driving himself and showing us all the features of the car that one would want to know. When it was my turn to drive the car, I appreciated that he showed me how to customize it to my comfort. After the drive, Dan provide me with a VIP tour of the JM Lexus Dealership. I could not believe how royal the Lexus Team makes you feel! Without any pressure to give an answer, Dan simply asked me if I was interested in purchasing the car. Of course, I was !!! Dan politely escorted me to an office, where I then met with a different Team Member who helped make the purchase as comfortable as could be. I am extremely thankful for Dan's kind and professional manner, making buying a car from JM Lexus the most pleasant experience I have yet to have with a dealership! After I signed the papers, Dan visited the office to congratulate me. I had just bought a 2013 Lexus ES350 from Jeffrey in Sept. 2013 so I had all the confidence in him. Mel Malka handled the test drive, my second time purchasing from him as well (2010 Lexus IS250). This was my sixth Lexus purchase since 2006 and fourth from J.M. Lexus. Despite having done business with two other local Lexus dealers, I always return to J.M.Lexus for their exceptional service. While other local dealers like to advertise they're the best, only J.M. delivers on their promise to uphold the Lexus legacy. Despite the unusual slow service from the F&I department which added an extra 2.0 hours to the sales process, delivery specialist Shawn Cohen went above and beyond lining up both my 2012 and 2014 side by side for one last photo and helped moving all of my personal items. The new generation IS has many fundamental changes to its design and operation, and Shawn patiently and eagerly explained all functions and answered my questions. I've since returned my 2014 IS250 for a service issue and an installation by J.M. Custom Creations and each employee I encounter seems wholly committed to exceptional service. If you're looking for the sales professional who makes the impossible happen, VIP Sales Specialist Jeffrey Felder is unsurpassed in his ability to locate a car, and make a deal you will leave satisfied with. Thanks for the second time in three months to Jeffrey; thanks to Mel for the second purchase experience in three years; and an expedited but through delivery to Shawn, realizing I was super late leaving the dealership.
