Top notch customer service. I am not local and my shopping began through e-mail conversations which were always promptly answered. Once I found the car I wanted and arrived at the dealership, I appr shopping began through e-mail conversations which were always promptly answered. I genuinely felt as though the focus of concern was whether I was happy, not whether a sale was going to be made. Gary Catronio, Delivery Specialist, was my delivery guy. My 2013 mercedes Benz only had one key with it. Gary was on the case from day one. He swung into action tracking down and contacting the previous owner who he got to mail him the spare key to the vehicle which is great to have given they can cost a couple or few hounded clams to have made if you lose the only one you have. Gary contacted me a few weeks after the deal and informed me that he had the spare key in his possession and would be mailing it out to me. Now That's excellent customer service! Gary is a man of few words, bit if he says he will do something, it is not just lip service, it's top notch customer care. Kudo's again to my Salesman Winston Walker as well. Great team there at JM Lexus! More

Everyone in this dealership was so friendly and treated me with respect. They didn't SELL me a vehicle, they found one that suited me and let the automobile sell itself. I never felt pushed or belittled and the follow up between searching, test driving and purchasing my car was attentive but not annoying. I didn't receive calls from strange numbers wanting to know about my experience or daily sales calls/emails multiple times each day. It has been a pure pleasure working with Dan Phillips, Bob Collins and Michael Cooke. I would definitely suggest my friends and family search JM Lexus before any other dealer in South Florida. More

After test driving almost ten different vehicles at multiple south Florida dealerships, I was lucky enough to meet Mr. Winston Walker upon my inquiry of the vehicle I now am so happy and proud to call multiple south Florida dealerships, I was lucky enough to meet Mr. Winston Walker upon my inquiry of the vehicle I now am so happy and proud to call my own. Unlike most of the encounters I had during my car shopping experiences, Mr. Walker was refreshingly pleasant, respectful, patient, courteous, eloquent, and knowledgeable. Mr. Walker was understanding and completely accommodating of my request to test drive the vehicle at that time, despite the rainy conditions. Following an un-rushed and informative tour of the JM facilities, he permitted me a thorough amount of time to actually test out the vehicle until I established a confident level of security and comfort therein. Upon our return to the dealership, Mr. Walker demonstrated and explained a few more aspects and features of the vehicle and then kindly introduced me to Mr. Heath Ewing who efficiently expedited my trade-in and purchase transaction that same Saturday night. Vehicle specialists Daniel Meininger and Michael Cooke were also unbelievably accommodating in helping me get acquainted with my new vehicle. Mr. Walker went above and beyond any other test drive experience I have ever had and since that evening, the superb level of customer service he demonstrated has not wavered even once. He followed up with me many times in months following my purchase to ensure that I was still pleased with the vehicle and that my maintenance/service experiences were more than satisfactory. Mr. Walker and his team are an impeccable example of what has established the JM Lexus experience to be better than that of any competitor and I look forward to working with them again in the future! My husband, Mark, and I went to JM Lexus to look at pre-owned certified vehicles. We were approached by Winston Walker and it was then that our experience began. Winston is a very personable, polite pre-owned certified vehicles. We were approached by Winston Walker and it was then that our experience began. Winston is a very personable, polite and very likeable gentleman. She showed us many, many cars/trucks on two separate occasions. When we arrived at JM Lexus, we thought we knew what we wanted, but we kept changing our minds. Winston was extremely patient with us and never lost his cool. We test drove 2 or 3 different vehicles, and Winston was extremely knowledgeable about the workings of each of them. Finally, when Winston said that he had just the car for us. He was absolutely right! We bought our beautiful RX 350 that night, we were/are very happy. So was Winston! Winston is an outstanding salesman. He is extremely knowledgeable without being pushy.
