We are return customers to JM Lexus having purchased our ES 350 in 2007. My husband Andy and I came to the Lexus Dealership on Saturday February 8th, and were greeted by Product Specialist Peter Santovit ES 350 in 2007. My husband Andy and I came to the Lexus Dealership on Saturday February 8th, and were greeted by Product Specialist Peter Santovito. The vehicle we were considering was a black RX 350 for 2011. Peter took us on a test drive and also gave us a nice tour of the lounge for when people come to have their cars serviced. Peter was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the Lexus, not pushy. We decided to purchase the RX350 and wanted to trade in our 2004 Jeep. At this point Peter referred us to Sales Manager Brian Mintzer who discussed the terms of the purchase with us and worked with us on a mutually acceptable price and trade-in, being as flexible and firm as appropriate and professional. He then made sure the documents and signing went through as expeditiously as possible. Peter stopped back and pointed out that cookies and coffee were available. Then Brian referred us to Gary Catronio who explained more of the special features of the RX 350 including the navigation package, voice command, back-up camera, and keyless ignition. It was very informative and helpful. Gary helped us transfer our belongings from the Jeep to the RX. We came away with a very pleasant customer experience and look forward to many years of pleasant driving. Our compliments to JM Lexus and the good people there. More

Winston Walker was the representative that helped me out over the phone and he was the representative that helped me when I drove down there to look at the car. It was a wonderful experience having Winston answer all my questions. He was knowledgeable and if there were any questions that he did not know, he made it a point to get me the correct answer.
