The receptionist told me I would have a short wait while she looked for an available specialist. I walked around for a bit looking at the vehicles in the showroom. Then I met Paolo Scalici and what a wonderful human being he is! As a individual, he was warm and personable. As a professional, he was knowledgeable and on point with the necessary information. He took the time to ensure that I was informed and pleased enough to make the decision. His service was superb! He introduced me to Al Urena, the Finance Specialist who simply put the icing on the cake! The service at JM Lexus exceeded my expectations and I will absolutely refer Paolo and Al to others. Exceed my expectation I was with Lexus before and wanted to stop being their customer as I like only the old model of RX 350 better and was not too fan of the new model. Then Robert came out and said he would be very happy to help us. He is warm, polite, professional and knowledgeable. After we told him what we want and our preferences, he immediately provided all the options and the best way to meet our requirements. Believe it or not, we got the deal done in less than one hour. Thanks for Robert working late to get all documentation done promptly so that we could drive the car home the same day. Awesome salesperson German was amazing. From start to finish he was patient with me and listen to all my wants and needs. In the end he helped me select the perfect car w German was amazing. On delivery day he went through everything with me numerous times just to make sure I was comfortable with the navigation etc. I had to leave my lease there until I could return it to the other dealership and on the day I did German drove my car over for me and was very patient as I turned in my lease.
