I made up my mind for Lexus, not only because of the name, but due to the relationship built up with Dan. From the first time we met, he was honest and above board. There was none of the typical game playing. He was personable, knowledgeable, caring and provided me and my wife with an excellent standard of customer service. We felt very comfortable visiting your office more than a couple of times. I worked almost my entire professional life in the hospitality industry. As part of my daily life working for large corporations I learned to provide, to appreciate and to recognize a high level of caring for customers. I have for the past few months considered replacing my LS430, however I was uncertain and actually never considered purchasing a certified used automobile. My interaction with the various gentlemen both individually and collectively actually convinced me with utmost certainty that I was purchasing a car that I would be most happy with. Their knowledge as well as their eagerness to educate me and familiarize me in all aspects of my certified used car was boundless and impeccable. On my various trips back to the dealership (paperwork mostly), I was treated again as a new buyer , constantly being asked by the men mentioned above " how can I help you, what can I do for you " etc. I would definitely and without a doubt recommend this dealership as well as those individuals for either a new or certified used vehicle.
