Despite his salaried, not commissioned status, he exceeded all of my expectations for attentiveness, patience, working out solutions that met my car and finance goals, stuck by me no matter how many customers were in the dealership. He truly “ had my back” and made my buying experience a breexpze. He obviously has a deep commitment in his profession and his goal is a fair business deal , He is also a nice guy personally. He has made follow-up calls to see how I was doing with my vehicle, and I can count on him as my go-to guy to set up convenient service appointments and fix any future issues.
