Deserving a 10! My RX 350 had a 60,000 mile service at JM Lexus last month. I realized today (about a month later) that I was supposed to have completed a survey, which I vaguely recall seeing in my email....but must have deleted. I called the service manager today to make sure that that the Service Advisor that I worked with (John Nahar), was not in some way docked because I did not complete a survey. I was given this site....and want to share here that my service experience last month was a "10". As a side, I had scheduled service and taken the car in months earlier when I (mistakenly) thought it was due for this service, only to have John tell me at that time to wait and schedule at the appropriate future date. I thanked him for recommending that I postpone the expense, accepted a car wash, and left that day thinking about how many dealers would send home a scheduled maintenance for another day, postponing money in the cash register - I think doing that reflects positively on the character of this Service Advisor and on JM Lexus. So, I will never buy another Lexus from JM. I hope the extra 800-1000 that you added on was worth it. I certainly can afford to pay that, but I don't like BS. Unfortunately, the people above this guy don't know this and by the time this process was over, I was too worn out to continue up the ladder, so I paid the money and ,y new car and went on my way. But, I will not buy another care from them AND I will tell this story to MANY people I know with much more detail! Keep Smiling Mr. Smiley :) More

Service department overcharges labor time Service department quotes exorbitant amount of labor hours ripping off customers whose cars are not under warranty. I was quoted $550 including 1-1/2 Service department quotes exorbitant amount of labor hours ripping off customers whose cars are not under warranty. I was quoted $550 including 1-1/2 hours labor to replace a trunk latch. I went and purchased an oem trunk latch online and had a professional mechanic install it. They had installed within 15 minutes. Called the manager Dave morgan and complained on deaf ears. Please use any other dealer than this. The extra labor costs pay for the free food and waiting area. Buyer Beware!!! More
What can I say? Simply the best! My guy (Maury) came through with a great deal for me. My wife and I now have bought 2 cars from them and would recommend them to an Simply the best! We actually live very close to another Lexus dealership but pass it up to go to JM. The whole experience is first class. The final handoff was terrific also as our guy (German) was very patient while I was trying to set up the insurance for the car. Will continue to go to them for any or our car needs! I only wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!! More

JM felt so bad for that I've been driving 5 months with faulty breaks that Ed claimed at north Miami was nothing wrong with! Jm thank you for making up for north Miami disgusting behavior and no knowledge of cars claiming there was no noise in my brand new car only 2014. David was so companionate at JM he was my advisor and he handled everything from A toZ all on his own unlike north Miami Lexus! I will possibly be looking at ligation with North Miami allowing me to drive with faulty breaks with children in the car because Ed's feelings and Barbs feelings were hurt! Many people have issues at North Miami! If it wasn't for the far ride I'd go to JM all the time! But now I'll have to buy a different car! Anyway thank you David! You should train north Miami how to act towards long time customers! More

These days, finding great customer service is hard to find and I can honestly say Pickett is top notch. it's more of that small mom and pop comfortability that you rarely experience anywhere these days. No one wants to have to take there car in for service, but at least here.. It's quick,easy,and working with someone so friendly and kind makes taking your car in more enjoyable. More
