My wife and I were in the JM Lexus dealership this past Saturday where she leased a new Lexus. We were very impressed by how all the employees worked together to provide the best customer service the indu Saturday where she leased a new Lexus. We were very impressed by how all the employees worked together to provide the best customer service the industry has to offer. I turned to my wife and said, “this is the company I need to grow a career with”. From walking in the door to driving off the car lot, my wife and I were extremely impressed by everything. We walked in the door and Merideth and I was greeted by a smiling Ron P. He asking how he could help us and then we were shown the car my wife was interested in. Ron had great knowledge in this car which made my wives decision that much easier. We went on a test drive and Ron had more knowledge of the features of the car. This was the car my wife wanted. He then brought us over to the service center, introduced us to a Service Adviser and showed us the waiting lounge. What an unbelievable facility JM Lexus has. He then passed us over to Jeffery in the sales department. Jeffery was great, personable, patient and extremely friendly. He was not the typical “car salesman”. Being this was my wife’s first Lexus, she knew we would be paying more but couldn’t afford a huge car payment. Jeffery then brought in the Senior Sales Manager Aryeh. He was also a great help. We went back in forth and finally agreed on a price that my wife could be comfortable with. We then left the dealership because Merideth wanted to look at a few other cars. We went to three other dealerships and there was no comparison on how JM Lexus and these other dealerships operate. We even walked out of one dealership due to the salesman not listening to what we wanted. I called Jeffery back to inform him we were coming back to lease a Lexus with him. We arrived back to JM Lexus and was greeted once again by a friendly Ron P. He started the paperwork process and then passed to another friendly gentleman (forgot his name). He was a pleasure to work with and explained every piece of paper my wife was signing. We were then introduced to German. He was the gentleman that was getting Merideth’s car cleaned and ready to go. He was very pleasant to and he went through all the features this car provided. He was extremely knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with after a long day of car shopping. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the service that we were provided at JM Lexus. It was seamless and we feel all car dealerships should operate this way, especially comparing them to the other three dealerships we walked into that day. The teamwork was unbelievable. I have dealt with many car dealerships in my lifetime, but none was so accommodating as those at JM Lexus. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, kind, and non-pressure. I was only going to test drive but none was so accommodating as those at JM Lexus. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, kind, and non-pressure. I was only going to test drive the IS350C and wound up leasing one after seeing how easy it is to do business here. All questions were answered, and I was encouraged to return at any time for more demonstrations on my new vehicle or to call with any other concerns. I have had to call a few times and they are true to their word. Every person I speak to on the phone does what is necessary to get answers. It is no wonder they are such a highly rated dealership. I went to JM Lexus with my parents to help my father buy my mother her birthday present in January. We met Maury Brodsky. He is the most knowledgable salesperson I have ever met! We foundthe car my mother fell in love with on the pre-owned lot which surprised us al! When we returned to purchase the car, something made me stop cautiously and talk to my father to think again. Maury had driven us over to the pre-owned showroom in the new 2013 ES and I felt it was the perfect car for my MOM.. So I made some changes in our thinking and Maury was right there with me.
