His guidance and direction has made my car keep running like the day it was delivered ( well pretty close) while holding down expenses. i wanted a new LS 460, but the dealership did not have the exact car I wanted. All the JM Lexus employees mentioned above stayed in touch with me, kept me informed and made me feel as though they were al the exact car I wanted. I had my car towed overthere because it could not start. I asked him that my car will be OK after that and he said yes. He already tested by hand. Afer I picked up the car, I had to send it back to have it redianogsised because it made strange noise and less power. I was told that the motor was burned and they can give me the estimate for the new engine after I spent over thousand dollars. They refused to be responsible for their work even I asked them that if I had to change the new engine why I had to spend money for new timing belt.They said they cannot do anything. My hunband bought a car there last year but we won't do it again. More
