Once the paperwork was done, Mike Cook went over the car with me, and filled up my tank before I left. We purchased our Lexus that was going off lease and the process was quick and painless. We were able to have our vehicle certified which extended the warranty for another 3 years. The service department here is awesome as well. While your car is being serviced feel free to have breakfast or lunch at the café, have a massage, practice your putting and check in on emails or the internet with the available wifi.
