Loved the whole experience. I live several hundred miles away and was visiting family. Wanted to see JM's used car selection and immediately found the right RX350. Chico is THE BEST! I bought a pre-owned es350 in September and the car was fantastic. I bought it when it rained and the next day is when I started to hear a very tiny noise coming from the rear win September and the car was fantastic. I bought it when it rained and the next day is when I started to hear a very tiny noise coming from the rear window. This noise continued for a few days, and it drove us crazy. We took it back to the dealer with Chico from the pre-owned department service, and not only did he fix the problem, he offered us to bring it back at any time we feel the problem should continue and gave us a loaner during the fix. We are extremely satisfied with JM lexus and cannot wait to buy a second lexus there. You're investing in more than a car, the service here is PRICELESS, everyone is super amazing and treats you like a king. I would never buy another lexus anywhere else but here, and I live 50 minutes away from the dealer, GO FIGURE! I'm taking all my oil changes and repairs here now and in the future!! More

I saw the Lexus Rx350 on the internet while searching on Craigs List. I had never been to JM lexus before. I did not want to be bothered with any sales persons, but I really wanted to see the vehicle in per Craigs List. I had never been to JM lexus before. I did not want to be bothered with any sales persons, but I really wanted to see the vehicle in person. To make a long story short, everyone at the dealership was very friendly. Alan Webster was the best, he made me feel at ease and did not pressure me in any way to buy the vehicle. I have gone back on several occasions to the service department and there is not a bad thing that I can say. JM lexus you are the best and I will recommend your company to everyone that I know. P.S. there is only one thing that I regret and that is not getting my payments lower than what I got, but overall I am still satisfied!! More

I did not purchase on that day, but was extremely happy with the interaction that had taken place and the positive way that I was treated at the dealership. I did return on another day and ultimately purchased a preowned Lexus IS-250, which I am extremely happy with. Mr. Omalley showed a great deal of respect for me as a first time Lexus buyer, a lot of respect for my purchase and also throughout the entire buying experience as well. His professionalism, thorough knowledge of the product, patience, and very assuring calm and relaxed manner immediately put me at ease. It did not take long for me to feel that Stephen was a real person and a friend with my best interests in mind.
