I was greated by Donny Joseph when I pulled up to service. He was superb with much more enthusiasm than most writers. He LISTENED, and then responded. The 2 service reps that I had seen since, were underwhelming. Now that I have met Donny, I feel that he is my man. Bob Seeley sealed the deal doing whatever he could to get as close to the price of the Cadillac. The man who will keep me comming back to J M Lexus is Mr.James Mangano, He goes above and beyond to keep you happy once you are a customer. I do think that they could have worked with me more on the payments b/c I was teir 1, I was putting a down payment and I extended my lease all the way to 60 months. The payment estimator on Lexus Financial gave me an estimated payment extremely lower than what I walked out of the dealership with. Also after I gave the manager a counter offer he said he would go see what he could do, but he never returned to negotiate further, and when my husband asked to speak back with him he told Pedro he could not come back and he was busy with another customer. Pedro was extra kind in helping me from then on with the sales process. Besides that I am happy with my car and the kindness extended to me. More

We decided to down size because our daughter is driving now. The craftsmanship of these vehicles are just amazing the leather and the wood finish are exceptional. The vehicles drive beautifully. Having bought my first and second Lexus from JM, I returned (to buy an RX350 this time) because of my prior purchase experience and the price. Notably, there are several Lexus dealerships much closer returned (to buy an RX350 this time) because of my prior purchase experience and the price. Notably, there are several Lexus dealerships much closer which I passed up because of less than stellar past and recent sales experiences with them. Working with salesperson Robin McElroy was a pleasure, and I can highly recommend without hesitation asking for her. She is professional, capable, knowledgeable and honest. I knew what I wanted, yet checked out a couple of things before negotiating. She was helpful and 'keyed into' my preferences quickly. She was kind and patient with us, but kept things moving to prevent long waits. Being respectful of the car-buyer and of his/her time is as rare and precious as gold yet we find it at JM. I was not as pleased with the final price negotiated on this RX as I was in the past two cars (ES's) at JM. Realizing the RX remains popular allows them to unnecessarily overcharge on this model, and I felt the sales manager's price arguments were weak and baseless in this regard; as a loyal return customer who receives the letters offering pricing as such, I felt I received only lip service on that count. Nonetheless, aside from the dealer slightly overcharging on OTD price, Robin provided a remarkably good sales experience.
