Getting a service appt was easy and agent was very pleasant. Service advisor was especially knowledgeable and accommodating. He added a last minute service to my schedule and still got the car done o pleasant. Service advisor was especially knowledgeable and accommodating. I visited JM Lexus on Saturday 20th Jan 2024 and was attended to by Nicholas Cahalan. The dealership was nicely lit up and the cars were nicely displayed. Right from the time I entered the dealership, the experience was excellent. I would especially like to mention about Nicholas. He was extremely warm, cordial and patient right till the end of our meeting. He allowed me to test drive the two models which I was interested in. He was very patient and gave us all the details I requested. He explained the different trims of both the models. Even gave options for both lease and finance. It was very unfortunate that the model and the trim I liked was not there in their inventory. Due to which I could not conclude the transaction. However, whenever I am next in the market to buy my Lexus, it will surely be through JM Lexus and through Nicholas only. The over all experience was wonderful. I highly recommend everyone looking to buy a new Lexus or preowned vehicle to buy from JM Lexus. I give them a 5 star rating. I also visited Lexus of North Miami where my experience was extremely bad. I rate Lexus of North Miami a 1 star. The sales person Issac was rude and obnoxious. I highly recommend JM Lexus. More
