No hype, no sales pitches, just phenomenal customer service of meeting the needs with each purchase. We call Billy, tell him what we need/want, we do the transaction. That simple. The business side is a working atmosphere that knows the value of people & repeat business. It is small town values where it is always an easy transaction & always sincerely glad to see me. Not just because I am a "customer" either. On the personal side, it's real people, not "sales" people that I & my family deal with & that is why we only call Billy. No time for "salesman stuff". (I have been in sales for over 25 years so I can spot it. Not a fan of that.) He knows, he does his thing & we complete the transaction. It's a great way to do business the way business should be done. "Dog & pony" shows are exactly why we don't go anywhere else. I would much rather catch-up on other things. Car stuff is simple.
