Thursday, June 28, 2012 My husband and I have made 5 Thursday, June 28, 2012 My husband and I have made 5 attempts since January 2012 to get the oil changed and tires rotated at this dealership for my 2 Thursday, June 28, 2012 My husband and I have made 5 attempts since January 2012 to get the oil changed and tires rotated at this dealership for my 2012 Soul and have been turned away every time due to being overbooked for weeks out at a time. The sales staff were wonderful and I expected the same treatment from the service department as well. This has not been the case. While it has not been said outright I feel that the service department's attitude is one of being that service is a necessity and there is no need for positive, helpful customer service. It just so happens that our service contract is with this dealership and I am "stuck" using them (until I change the contract that is). This disappoints me greatly. I have shared my discontent with the service manager as well. He simply shrugged his shoulders and dismissed my complaint as if it weren't important to him. I would recommend Good Kia for the sales and financial staff only. For service I recommend taking your vehicle to another Kia dealership as the Good Kia service staff doesn't find customer service to be a priority. More
