We started with a used suv from JTs and were very impressed with their service department that led us to buy new from them. Again, no sense of urgency to correct our problem. Had the car and still same issue. Service director was told to call me via message at 10:09am today and now it is 5:50pm and no response. They had the car for 7 days and not 50 miles later same issue repeated itself. No solution from service or manufacturer after samples sent to them to analyze. Was told to drive it. Call back if problem continues and we will see what to do next. Not the first time we have heard the same story…very disappointing! Last KIA we will own.
