Called and received a text and voicemail regarding my interest in a vehicle on site. Drove 45 minutes with my 3 kids and the vehicle did not start. The dealership did not really apologize for my inconven interest in a vehicle on site. Drove 45 minutes with my 3 kids and the vehicle did not start. The dealership did not really apologize for my inconvenience and blamed in on the call center. The manager essentially had the same response that it was the call centers fault. The manager did reach out to me and was apologetic to the situation. I appreciated that he took the time to listen and said he will educate the staff on better ways to handle this type of situation next time. I was glad to hear that the car only needed a new battery and is running smoothly. More

Can't find what's wrong,and charge for unnecessary things I had my Optima serviced here for years. Nothing special. When I told them the radio konked out every once in a while, but came back on if I hit the d I had my Optima serviced here for years. Nothing special. When I told them the radio konked out every once in a while, but came back on if I hit the dashboard, I got no response. When the backup camera and backup lights stopped working, at about the same time the steering wheel heater stopped, they charged me hundreds for a gadget in the steering hub. It solved the steering wheel heater issue, but not the camera issue, yet there was no money back. They said I needed a full rear wiring harness (over $1200) to fix the backup camera and backup lights. They also accused me of cutting wires in the trunk, which never happened. I took the car to Freeman's Stereo where the camera and lights issue was diagnosed and fixed for $120 (2 hrs labor). The radio konking out occasionally was the hint for the great mechanic. It was a connection behind the radio which he disconnected and reconnected. It solved the radio problem and the camera and lights. If you need anything electrical, that's the place to go..... More
