I went in already knowing my credit score which was very good and asked specifically to not have my credit shopped around and next thing I know had 6 hard inquiries that dropped my credit score 37 points th good and asked specifically to not have my credit shopped around and next thing I know had 6 hard inquiries that dropped my credit score 37 points that same day. I asked multiple times what interest rate the company was offering which wasn't disclosed until final paperwork signing and could've got a better rate at my credit union with only 1 credit inquiry. I would not do business here again after the experience I had purchasing my daughters first car. My salesman Clayton was very good, just all the business aspects of how the process went was unpleasant. I walked out of this dealership frustrated and stressed out from my purchase of a 2012 Chevy Equinox. More
