I'm a first time Kia buyer. I did some research and ultimately decided that I wanted a Kia. I was able to get help almost immediately. I told the sales agent that I wanted to test drive a Sorrento and he immediately got me keys. He was able to explain the difference between that model and other models on the lot. He listened to what I was looking for and he suggested that I look at a Sportage. I really liked that car and we took care of the deal. The dealership was clean, friendly, and inviting. The whole process took less than 3 hours, including me test driving 2 cars. Just a great experience! More

Jacobe took the time to introduce me to other team members as well, which leads me to Bianca who was extremely helpful as I was trying to set up my Kia application on my phone (I am not the most tech-savvy person), but she patiently assisted throughout this process. She is very knowledgeable about the car and sat with me demonstrating all of the features offered with the vehicle.
