The only place I will bring my Audi! From beginning to end my experience was on point. My advisor, Jeff Romano was able to accommodate all my needs. I went in for a bubble in my tire and an oil change. Jeff informed me that he would have the tech look over my car to make sure I was good to go until my next service visit . They ended up finding a minor leak from the thermostat, which could of been a way bigger issue down the line if not caught as early it was. Jeff text me an image of the issue. Informed me that it was covered under my warranty and insured me that my car would be ready as promised. I showed up a little earlier then expected to get some work done in the lounge, and was pleasantly surprised to see my car washed and ready to go parked in front. Jeff and his team will continue to get my business as they understand the value of time and service. Also the complimentary snacks and drinks are A+. 11 out of 10 with this visit! More

Oil change caused engine seized I had oil change in Audi Service Center of Paramus (16-01 McBride Ave, Fair Lawn, NJ 07410) on September 1, 2018. 5 minutes after I left the service c I had oil change in Audi Service Center of Paramus (16-01 McBride Ave, Fair Lawn, NJ 07410) on September 1, 2018. 5 minutes after I left the service center (about 4:05pm), the car suddenly stopped in the street due to engine seized. Oil splashed all over on the engine and other places as well as drooping on the ground (photos available) I called service center but it was closed at 4:00pm. Another Audi service told me to contact Audi roadside assistance, and the car was towed back to Paramus service center @5:40pm. On Tuesday afternoon (09/18/18, 18 days since the car towed back) I was told repair work done. We went to pick up the car, still found some oil on the bottom of engine and other places (fan, etc.) The car (2017) only has 6810 mileages. After multi point inspection when changing engine oil, it has no any problem at all. Mechanics pointed out engine seized is serious damage, it greatly reduced engine's life and safety as well as will reduce resell value. We (my family, friends, colleagues and people saw the car in the street) could not believe thing happened on the car right after Audi's simple service. I have to mention the service manager Mr. Ted Higgins and representative Angel are very polite. More
