Sulu helped us to better understand all of the new features that are available on the Q5 during our test drive and then helped us obtain actual car with the color and options we wanted from another Audi dealership. He took the time to answer all of our questions in depth and made sure we understood them. I would recommend that with any major purchase that the "purchaser" has some knowledge of what they are purchasing...it's more than just choosing the interior and exterior colors! We must have spent a full day at the dealership and everyone was very helpful and respectful.
