I visited this dealership on 28th of Jan. Met Gabriel and finally to make the deal happen he wanted rus to finally speak with his GM. We agreed on a deal and I put my 1st month down and walked away from that dealership after 15 minutes Gabriel called me and said we are dropping your offer since you didn’t pick up the car today. I was so furious and responded that this was never discussed and agreed that I will take the car today. The sales guy abruptly disconnected the call saying please don’t come to the dealership. I gave a days time and then reached out to the GM Reiner scheduled a time and met with him and explain how unfair and unprofessional his team had treated a customer, another shocking incident I got to know was the car I booked was sold to Someone else. He promised to come back to on feb 02 on the next options available for me to take the car. When I walk out from that dealership I was not confident on his word. The truth is he never called me back as promised. This dealership is a total waste of time and do not value customers and their time. Please think twice before considering this dealership. i have been leasing for 5 years and owned cars for over 15 years this is the worst dealership I have experienced in my life.. More
OVERCHARGING Wow, DO NOT GO THERE. In October I went there to buy a Kia Telluride. They had one that fit my needs and I was ready to buy it right then and there. Wow, DO NOT GO THERE. In October I went there to buy a Kia Telluride. They had one that fit my needs and I was ready to buy it right then and there. (Didn't even want a cash payment). They were overcharging for the vehicle by at least $15K, that's right fifteen THOUSAND dollars over MSRP. They should be ashamed. I told them that I had recently spoken with another dealership that said I could come in and order as I wanted it and I would have it in 2-3 months at MSRP. (which would line up well with my lease end). They told me that they don't believe that but if someone was offering that I should run over there and take them up on the deal (which I ultimately did later that day). They also told me that this KIA would appreciate in value. And when I mentioned I wanted the tow package and to have it from the factory they said they could do it in house and that they can't always order it giving me some line about it depending on what is available at the port. I offered to pay cash right there for the vehicle they had if it was at MSRP but they said no because they can get someone else to pay more for it. In the end, I went elsewhere and they have lost all my business and my family and friends business as well. More
Service I actually went to the Service center located at 16-01 McBride Ave, Fairlawn, NJ 07410. The service from the moment I walked in was excellent. Service Department Mark Liberal and the rest of the staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. How does a radio and amp go bad after 6 years when the only people listening to it are my elderly parents playing their Frank Sinatra CD's? More
