If something has gone wrong its certainly not going to make me loyal to the brand.. On the other hand, when problems arise and things don't go as you expect, I really learn what a company is made of. I recently had a performance problem with my 2005 Cayenne Turbo. I made the mistake of bringing the Cayenne to my neighborhood service garage. Its a great garage that I've used for years, and they only charge $75/hr for labor. The problem turned out to be with my fuel pump, and the complete bill came to $595. I left the same day and the car was running great! Until it started stalling, four day later. It would only run for 20 seconds then stall. This time I brought it to Jack Daniels Porsche. The service representative Brooks, has to be one of the most personable, friendly, and helpful reps I have ever worked with. He squeezed me into the schedule, fixed me up with a great loaner car, and promised to call me within a day. Brooks did what he said he would, he called and explained that the car was out of gas. This was a shock because the garage read half full. It seems that the neighborhood service garage had tangled the gas tank sensor with a harness, and while my gauge read half-full, the tank was empty. The sensor was fixed, so I asked Brooks to take care of a couple of other things. While the additional repair process proved more complicated than I had hoped, it gave me a chance to meet Chris Dodin, the service manager. Things sometimes do go wrong, its just the way life is. But when things go "wrong" it gives a company an opportunity to show why they are a good company. They get a chance to exceed your expectations, and as I've learned, that builds loyalty. My experience in dealing with Chris Dodin, has done more to build loyalty to the Jack Daniels dealership, in to the Porsche brand. In the past, I've purchased all my new Porsches from different dealerships and I've used the closest dealership to perform my service. Chris Dodin changed all this. I will buy a new Porsche soon, probably a diesel Cayenne. As long as Chrs Dodin is still employed at Jack Daniels, I will continue to buy and service all of my cars right here. Thank you Chris. More

Chris Franco was extremely helpful in the build of my car, his expertise and knowledge was unparalleled as was his enthusiasm. Gary Price made the typically arduous task of purchasing a car simple and enjoyable. Paul Mejeune an extremly impassioned, proficient brand professional narrowed down the choice to a GTS but coaxed with a PDK. Evan Gemma, the General Manager suggested that I take a Carrera S home to see if it was to my liking. Upon returning the car I changed my intention to order a 7 speed manual to the PDK. I have been buying cars for over 40 years and always felt somewhat besieged when it came to the financial wrap up. Not only was Gary Price well versed in his craft but made the presentation a pleasurable experience. Another plus was that he was knowlegeable about the brand as well as being an enthusiast. I have purchased not only from this dealership but their Audi and VW franchises for over 20 years. The reasons I will return again and again besides their expertise is that they are patient, nurturing and giving. The only thing that rivals their showroom is their servce. That outstanding group headed by meister, Walter Campbell is proactive for on time performance, accurate diagnostics and quality of work. More

David is patient, accommodating, gave great advice and let me take my time. David is extremely knowledgeable about the Macan and made sure every option I chose suited me. He put me into the perfect car for me. When it came to finalizing the transaction, Gary Price was fantastic. Gary was able to provide me with a very competitive interest rate for my purchase and made closing the transaction seamless. I have never been compelled to write a review until this experience. David is a class act and was nothing short of wonderful. He found out what my needs were and worked tirelessly to meet them. I was not seriously considering the GTS until he showed it to me. We had a great time on the test drive and I picked up the car a week later. The process from nailing down the details to doing the trade in and picking up the new car was seamless. Gary Price was also a great help, calling me back as late as 8:30 pm and then again at 9:00 am the next morning to make this happen. Great dealership and I would recommend it wholeheartedly. More

Worth a trip from Connecticut Gary Price and JimSimon, and Mr. Franco did a great job. I plan to go back and buy some of the offerings. Jim was super, as well, helping me out because Mr. Franco was away. The dealership itself, I really nicely done. Peter Mineo made me want to start bringing my car there for service. Everyone I dealt with had a great attitude, including the gentleman who helped with the mats. All in all, a great experience.
