We went with the 2020 Tiguan and Paul brought out all trim levels so we can see what was the difference between each of them. Even though we did not reach a deal in the same day, Paul would call during the week to see what our thoughts were and see if there was anything he could do. We went back in a week later and purchased the one we wanted. After the purchase, Paul sat in the car to give us tidbits to get us going.
