Some dealerships have an air of superiority, but this dealership did not have any of that. My Sales Specialist, Mike Caropolo was exceptional, customer focused & very patient with me. Personally, I am a difficult customer, because anytime I am making a major purchase, I have a million concerns, questions and demands. Despite all this, Mike was patient, addressed my concerns, answered my questions, and accomodated my demands. One demand was my car had to be a 2020 Tornado Red Golf GTI. They did not have it in stock & the Sales Manager, Greg, assured me he would work on getting my Red Golf GTI within a week. Within a week, Greg did just that & located the car in PA & had it brought back to the dealership. Greg was very professional & worked hard on purchase day to assure that I would receive the first responders 500.00 credit. I highly recommend Mike Caropolo to handle any car purchases. More
