Instead of creating an experience where I would feel connected to their dealership, the team at JD did the opposite. They told me A was wrong with my car. I had A repaired at another VW repair center in connected to their dealership, the team at JD did the opposite. They told me A was wrong with my car. I had A repaired at another VW repair center in my hometown in Washington DC. After the repair, my check engine light was still on. I called the service mgr at JD. I expressed that I felt lied to, since what they told me was a misrepresentation of the truth- a lie. After not standing behind the diagnostic review of my car, the service manager was rude, hostile and told me to come get my car. I will never go to JD again. I will write about my experience online. As a woman, especially as a Black woman, I am offended by how I was treated. More
