Smooth and Quick Sales Process My wife and I were looking for a replacement for our 2009 Mazda 5 that can seat 6 or 7 passengers and had similar dimensions. We first went to look at a Mitsubishi Outlander at another dealership, but the whole experience there just turned us off the Outlander. That's when a quick google search indicated lead us to the Tiguan and Jack Daniels VW. From the start to finish, the overall sales experience was smooth and it went quickly. Didn't really feel any pressure to buy a car that didn't fit our needs. More

Warranty part caused other part to fail Car was under warranty for bad fuel injectors. The dealership replaced the part under warranty and gave us the car back with a bad catalytic converter Car was under warranty for bad fuel injectors. The dealership replaced the part under warranty and gave us the car back with a bad catalytic converter, which was a result of the failed part. They said there was no way the part caused the catalytic converter to fail - yet another VW dealership and other mechanics said that a failed injector is the biggest cause for catalytic converter failure. Additionally, when the car was being repaired, I said the oil needs to be changed - they asked why?! Why?? - because when a fuel injector fails it dumps gasoline into the engine and contaminates the engine oil. Terrible dealership. More
