Had picked out this vehicle at another dealer ship because it was hard to find in the color we wanted. After the dealer promised to hold it they sold it. Complete disgust and called this dealership an because it was hard to find in the color we wanted. After the dealer promised to hold it they sold it. Complete disgust and called this dealership and they just received one from MA we agreed on a price and one day later I received the vehicle. The way it should be!! Very stress free and great salesman and kind people involved. Thanks to Jack Daniels Volkswagen I was able to drop of a new car as a present to my wife when I had planned to! Thanks! More

The service was great! A came in with a set of twins who were loud, obnoxious and no cooperative. The staff went out of their way to help make them comfortable. I came in search of a commuter car.
