Friendly and supportive! Paul was very friendly from the beginning. Friendly service with George I knew what I was looking for when I showed up to the dealership. However, the particular car I was interested in had just been sold. As frustrating as that was, George stayed in contact with me over the next couple of days to ensure I'd find the car I wanted. He worked with me to find a car within my budget AND with all the specifications I desired. George was extremely friendly and even took his time to explain all of my buying options as this is my first time financing. BAIT, SWITCH, LIE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISHONEST CAR DEALER (Jack Daniels Volkswagen). They are well known for their bait and switch tactics. On Dec 7th I drove an hou STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISHONEST CAR DEALER (Jack Daniels Volkswagen). They are well known for their bait and switch tactics. On Dec 7th I drove an hour to see a 2019 Ford Explorer that had been priced at $32,816 since Nov 23rd (confirmed on the price history function on car gurus). Prior to the trip I confirmed with the sales manager (Rose) that the car was available at $32,816. I saw it and told them I was interested in buying it after they added air to the flat rear tires. I was shocked to see they had increased the price to $35,173 by 8pm that same evening. I called Rose the next day and she said the incorrect advertised price of $32,816 that I saw was accidentally put on car gurus the day before I came to see the car and it was a mistake (UNTRUE. Proven by the car gurus price history function). Every conversation I had with anyone at this dealer was a lie. ALL JACK DANIELS DEALERSHIPS IN NJ ARE DECIETFULL AND USE BAIT SWITCH. The same Explorer I got scammed on is nowback down to $33,916 as they try to bait and switch someone else. BE WARNED. More

I did go to Three County VW in Lyndhurst after my first visit to Jack Daniels. That place was not nearly and nice and gave me a very high and insulting price. $2,000 more than the sales price on their website for the same exact car as JD. And $2,000 less for my trade. I guess they wanted me to go to Jack Daniels. So far, I am very happy with my 2019 Tiguan. I came in originally for an Atlas, but the Tiguan had such a giant cargo space, I realized that is all I need. More
