His personalized service and representation of Jack Daniels is to be commended. The car we bought is in pristine condition and was all that was advertised. One complaint is that surprisingly the car only came with one key. I had to pay $500.00 for a "key package" in order to get a second key . It's hard for me to understand this additional expense but I couldn't do without an extra key and had to pay it. The dealership could have absorbed the additional cost, not me. The car did not come with mats but Paul promised to take care of the mats, thank you. I will keep Paul and Jack Daniels Volkswagen in mind in the future. More

Terrific experience as a new owner As context, I was rather deep into searching for my first car when I met Roland. Though I'd driven regularly up until this point, moving to the garden As context, I was rather deep into searching for my first car when I met Roland. Though I'd driven regularly up until this point, moving to the garden state meant I needed my own. Also, as someone who considers himself fond of cars, I was having trouble settling on the right one. Over the course of several weeks I visited six, maybe seven dealerships and test drove a dozen+ cars. Then I stumbled upon a couple interesting possibilities at Jack Daniels VW and so arranged a visit. At the dealership, I was greeted by Roland, a most affable fellow with whom it was easy to shoot the breeze. That said, we wasted no time, discussing immediately what I was looking for and proceeding to test drive the seeming matches. Automatics were nonstarters but I was wholly out of practise driving stick. So I had anxieties heading to one particular car of interest. Roland allayed my fatalist convictions and his advices eased my trembling person; he displayed impressive patience and conviviality as I stalled more than a couple times. Somehow I came away with a pleasant experience despite blocking traffic at multiple busy junctions. He also directed us toward a lesser-travelled parking lot, where we could safely and briefly tap into some of the car's sportive qualities. Perhaps my mind was made up sooner but it certainly was after the drive. The rest of the story is similar and I'll therefore be brief. Roland was patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. As a new buyer, the process was foreign to me. I did a fair amount of research on the car and the car-buying process but asked questions in scatterbrained manner. As I was unable to visit during the weekdays, I sent frequent text messages and we discussed the prices, credit application, and process often at hours presumably inconvenient for him. This afforded peace of mind as there were several others closely observing the car in question. From the weekend test drive to getting approved mid-week, we were in constant communication. He kept me apprised of precisely what he was doing and summarily addressed all pointed questions I had. The next weekend, I picked up the car and voila. Good experience. Roland is a splendid and helpful fellow. I would advise anyone looking at this dealership to speak with him. More
